The Ice Naga's Kingdom
The Vish'hisal kingdom was situated at the lowest depth of any other Naga kingdom, primarily because of the extremely cold temperatures found at its surface in the Phayu Wing Mountains. The deep, dark depths allowed more geothermal heat to leak into their lands, which provided a welcoming embrace for naga who traveled to the surface to harvest chunks of ice as a source of water.
